Excess tissue has been removed through a small incision hidden along the lower margin of the areola. The post-op photo demonstrates improved definition of the pec major muscle and complete correction of the puffy nipples. This is still an early result and it is expected that the scar quality and overall appearance will continue to improve for several more weeks. This was a day surgery procedure that took approximately 2 hours in the operating room. Post-operative pain was minimal. A compression vest has ben worn for most of the last 6 weeks.
