Gynecomastia Frontal Before
Gynecomastia Frontal After

In the pre-op photo, this patient demonstrates moderate gynecomastia with mildly dilated areolae, glandular tissue that hides the underlying pec muscle and a well-defined breast fold.

Correction required a procedure that combined liposuction and surgical excision. The excision was performed through an incision that follows the lower border of the areola.

In the post-op photo, the borders of the pectoralis major muscle are more easily visualized which contributes significantly to a more masculine appearance.
